The facilitator development programme spans approximately 15 months
It requires a total commitment of 80 hours

certificate
You will receive a certificate upon completing all explorations.
honorarium
After successfully completing the Facilitator Development Programme, you will receive an honorarium for your time and labour for co-facilitating each "india & me" cafe.

programme contribution
As “india & me: engage.reflect.act.” is a not-for-profit community collective, the contribution goes towards the honorariums for the facilitators who run this programme.
​
The facilitator development programme therefore features a sliding scale contribution system, enabling you to pay according to what you can or are willing to afford for your training.
